Selling my 1989 Nissan 240SX. I'm a mechanic/fabricator at a vintage race shop and this car has been a canvas for the skills that I have learned over the years and was built with the idea of reliability. response. nimbleness. and well rounded performance in mind. and it impresses! This chassis is a NON Sun/Moon Roof car. with crank windows! The car was recently tuned at Drift Office in Auburn. WA for 92 octane. ethanol free. pump gas and made 383WHP and 333WTQ @ 20PSI. The engine is very responsive and will be sure to give you a smile. For the past 2-3 years. I have used it as a track only car. it has received extensive check overs after every outing. and any issue addressed. The top end of the engine has maybe 10 Hours runtime while the turbo has about 2 hours runtime (including idling) since installed. The modifications to the turbo put it right in the middle of your standard 2871R and a 30R. making it extremely responsive and pull throughout the entire rpm range. All the lines in and out of the turbo have been converted to AN using Aeroquip fittings and Aeroquip Startlite Kevlar line. )The idle air control valve has been deleted and the car runs great without it but I have the stock valve and the plug if you want to put it back on. Heater lines have been caped and the appropriate ports have a small loop to allow for proper coolant through the block and head.
