Here is your chance to own a classic piece of Nissan sports car history! I've had Four 300ZX's, t is an incredible sports car.1993 Nissan 300zx Convertible 5 speed Manual. It has 150ish K miles and will keep going up Engine is strong. Only thing the car needs is body and paint work. As is she is gorgeous. I have completely redone the interior and sound system. I have a new shift boot for it somewhere.
The convertible top had snapped on the previous owner, e didn't lock it in correctly and it flew open. So the car ended up with a rebuilt title. I had the top professionally welded, t was two spots where it broke. Top fits perfectly and had the cloth tightened. All new weather stripping as well. Also added the JDM center panel in the back that lights up. I was going to get the JDM tail lights, ut havent done so yet.
Car has staggered 18x8.5 F 18x9.5 R JDM wheels. Lowered on Eibach springs and Tokico Shocks.
Full custom sound system, ith custom speakers under where the top sits when open, long with a crossover amp, n amp in the trunk and a 12" subwoofer in the floor of the trunk. Double DIN radio with GPS, luetooth, VD, D, P3, Pod connector in the glove box, nd has rear view camera. Also installed HIDs in the headlights, nd has a JDM front bumper with Veilside side skirts and rear bumper. Also has aftermarket exhaust. I have also installed a dual USB port for phone/ipad charging.
Engine wise the car is solid, rives like a champ. The timing belt squeaks sometimes on a cold start up. I haven't changed it because I have a Twin Turbo engine I was going to swap. The convertible top opens and closes smoothly as well. For a 22 year old car she is in amazing condition. She is not perfect, he does need a little love on the exterior, ut you can take her home and drive her without any problem as she is.
CONs:Body could use some TLC. Paint chipping off the side skirts, s well as a few cracks in the fiberglass. The aftermarket fenders also have little paint cracks in them. I was going to replace the body kit with a TwinZ kit, nd repaint the whole car, ut now that I have to sell it, decided to leave it for the next owner to do whatever they please with it. The beautiful thing about this car is there are so many different looks you can give it and the Z will look amazing in every which way!
The ABS light comes on as soon as you move forward. I was told the ABS sensor just needs to be replaced.
Just found out the Clutch fan isnt turning on. My mechanic says its probably an electrical issue. Maybe a bad ground.
The shifter seems to be a bit loose. I think it is probably the shifter bracket. The rubber mount always goes bad on these cars. It's a $40 part you can find on here.
if you BUY IT NOW, ou also get the Twin Turbo engine I have sitting on a pallet. I bought a JDM TT engine to swap and never did. Engine comes with all accessories, urbos, iring harness and ECU. I also have a Kevlar Timing belt, sed TT Radiator, EM Standalone V1, .5" Intercooler piping with HKS style BOVs, nd GSP Massive Side Mount Intercoolers. I may possibly have an SAFC II and Turbo Boost Controller. I'm sure I have some other random parts for it as well.
The BUY IT NOW includes the car plus the whole engine and engine swap parts. All you would need is a TT A/C Condenser.
