1972 OPEL GT This is an original condition car that is in amazing condition. I purchased 5 years ago from the original owner who garaged the car for 30 years. I have done a lot to the car since I
- New brakes front and rear with wheel cylinders and lines
- Replace engine gaskets
- Replaced Soltex carb with Walker
- New clutch and seals
- Rebuilt brake master cylinder
- New rear exhaust
- New shoulder strap seat belts
- New clock
- New low profile rims and tires (I still have the old set)
The car has been repainted. The interior is original with no cracks in the dash (very rare for GT’s) I added an AM/FM CD player Radio and a 6 Disc CD changer in the rear of the car but I have the original interior parts if you want to put it back to stock.
This is the third GT I have owned in the past 40 years. The area under the battery box is rusted as I have seen on almost all GT’s. The turn signals work but after the first flash both sides flash in the dash. (Outside the turns signals work correctly).
Included is the repair manual and owner’s manual.
I like the looks of the tail lights being all red but I have the 2 orange lenses if you prefer. (included in sale).
