This car was found in NZ in 2002 after being abandoned near Christchurch around 1934 and moved into a barn. It was shipped to Ohio in the USA, or total restoration of ALL components. It has high quality leather seats and door panels as well as a triple layer canvas top. This has resulted in a well running, asy to start and stop, eliable car.
It has been driven to a number of local and regional shows (Glenmoor Gathering, tan Hywet Car Show, tc.) and was an award winner in all cases. A Dynostart (electric starter/generator) has been fitted and all 12 V electrics are fused and relayed through a period CAV switchbox on the dash. It can also be easily started with the hand crank on the front.
Quite possibly only 3 owners since new. It was driven as recently as Oct 2015. Now in heated storage.
I would suggest that you Google "1912 Siddeley Deasy" to see additional pictures of this exact car at various shows as well as a few of the others that still currently exist in museums and private collections. There are also a few period photographs that will show similar models.
