NOTE: There is "NO TITLE or VIN" to this vehicle as it is an unfinished project. You could probably use the donor car title or register it as a Replica, pcn, itcar or other in most states, lease do your homework.
CHASSIS: Comprises a rigid lower section with tubular 1.5in C.D.S. backbone to form transmission tunnel and engine bay bracing. The foot wells, ransmission tunnel and floor pan are steel paneled thus forming the internal cockpit area. All mountings points are accommodated on the chassis. The chassis is designed to accept the suspension units without the need for retaining the original sub frames thus simplifying reconditioning and assembly, inal finish is in stove enamel or plastic coating.
BODY: Comprises one piece fiberglass shell supplied in grey gel coat finish. All steel frameworks and jig bonded into place providing extra rigidity and impact absorption. A full steel framework supports the windscreen frame whilst providing reinforced mounting points for the doors, onnet and boot together with all the additional external fittings.
DONOR CAR: The SRV12 SPYDER has been designed to accept all major components from the Jaguar XJ12. Many smaller items can also be used such as instruments, shtrays, inges etc.
