The car runs and drives. The air-cooled V8 engine runs well, ut there is an exhaust leak. The gearbox and clutch work normally. Brakes work well. Most of the lights work. It should be thoroughly gone through before setting out for adventure. Do not think you can fly in and drive it to Oregon. Things would break, robably things you could not find in Kansas.
The exterior is ok. The paint is not good and there is some rust. There is an aftermarket sunroof. On the plus side there are aftermarket rims wearing some very low mileage Michelins. Two original steel wheels included at no extra charge!
All the glass is good. The front windows are power operated and work. The rears are power operated and do not work. The upholstery is nice and has held up well, owever the carpet is garbage.
Normally these cars use two six volt batteries in series. This one is currently using a single twelve volt battery.
Highly recommend an in-person inspection before bidding.
