Was told by a "Packard EXPERT" was done by Earl C Anthony of San Francisco. Car has been in dry storage over 20+ years. does not run. nbsp; and is NOT a rust bucket. Chrome has pitting. comes with some good used replacement pieces. stainless is fine. Has a few scrapes here and there.
