Description
bought as a project but now have a convertible i'm working on, his could be an easy fix for the right person, he body is pretty solid other then the rockers with have rust and the drivers rocker is dented towards the back, he rest of the body is straight and solid, he floor looks to have been repaired in spots with fiberglass, t least you know it will never rust there again !,,it has the original 327 inline 8 and fires up pretty easily, had it running off the fuel tank but the line from the tank is pretty rusty, o it is currently running off a gas can under the hood, t will idle fine, have yard driven it to check the rear and transmission, he rear is quiet and the trans shifts fine. it's an automatic, he car has power brakes and power steering {could use new belts} the engine is quiet but a leak at the exhaust manifold gasket can be heard, he interior seats have been covered in black and white viny, oor panels are decent shape, eadlind is there and fairly intact but it's original and could use replacement, rakes are working but should be gone over before attempting street driving. lights work, ipers try to, 'm sure the vacuum lines need replacing. all the glass is good and windows roll up and down. chrome is driver quality. tires are in great shape, uspension is good too....basically, he car needs, ew metal fuel line from the tank and vacuum lines under the hood replaced, he rest is just basic tinkering around, ou can have this going in a weekend of undisturbed work...it's a tank of a car, runk pan looks solid, rame is solid too....it has a new fuel pump, attery, lugs, oints, a, rotor, ires and solanoid...like i said, t will fire right up and drop right into gear but will only yard drive until those things mentioned are done...a good start that will run and move on it's own power. i start it once a week to keep it up and going..this is a no reserve auction, ne bid takes it home, ring a trailer or have it shipped, on't know how that works, o consult a shipping company before bidding, $500 non-refundable deposit required in 24 hours and full payment within 7 days, he car is in philadelphia pa 19111, emembe, bid wins, o don't bid unless you want the car, am open to answer any questions you might hav, o ask away. ps,,i was asked about the paint, believe it's the original paint, ut i'm no expert, ince the photos were takes, ome paint has flaked off of the trunk lid and underneath is bare metal ...
