Description

1983 Plymouth Scamp GT, ne of less then 1300 made. It has almost 111,000 miles. Looks good and runs, owever, ngine has knock/tap after it has warmed up. Needs new battery, an be jump started. Buy this car only if you are mechanically inclined or have a good friend that is. It has been de-smogged, ou will only be able to register it historic, nless you can tune carb to pass emission test or go back to the feed back carb, have the original feedback carb. It has new dual exhaust, ncluding new catalytic converter. The only mods to the car is removal of Holley feedback carb and installation of Weber 32/36, long with removal of vacuum lines not needed. Air pump is intact but not connected to exhaust manifold, he connection tube had been removed prior to my purchase. Paint is good from 15 feet. You can see pin stripes that have been painted over. This car has a lot of potential and very little rust. Valve cover gasket has slight oil leak. It does not have the original tonneau cover on it, ut I have the original one also.
