Description

For Sale
1967 Plymouth Satellite
The car is a 19k mile unrestored survivor car that is now powered by a 572 Hemi (originally 273 powered).
The car is still wearing the original factory paint.
It's not flawless, but it's the original paint and still very nice.
It's a rust free car,
It's the original interior in excellent condition.
The car was part of Reggie Jackson's car collection during the 1990's.
It had 6,785 miles on it at that time.
I acquired the car in 2008 when it has 14,440 miles on it.
The drivetrain is the only thing that was changed/modified.
That was done when the car had 17,850 miles on it.
There's about 1,000 miles on the drivetrain now.
The engine is a 572 Hemi that was built using a new Mopar Performance block. New M/Perf-Edelbrock heads.
It has M/Perf 10.5 to 1 pistons so it's pump gas friendly.
A custom grind Comp Cams solid lifter cam was used.
It has an Edelbrock dual quad single plane intake on it with two 750 Edelbrock carbs that have been tuned for the combination.
It has an MSD 6AL2 ignition system with Firecore plug wires.
It has TTI ceramic coated headers along with 3 inch exhaust with Dougs electric exhaust cutouts installed.
It has a 4 core Champion aluminum radiator for cooling.
It's installed using Schumacher conversion mounts
on the original K-Frame.
The fuel line and tank sending unit were upgraded to 3/8th inch line.
The transmission is a reverse pattern full manual 727 that uses a Dynamic 9.5 in convertor (3600-3800 stall)
The rear axle is a Dana 60 with 4.10 gears
with a clutch type 35 spline power lock (sure-grip) built with new Richmond gears and new Strange axles.
It has new Mopar Perf XHD springs and has Cal-Trac's installed on it.
It has 15 x 7 Magnum 500 wheels front and rear with Diamond Back Classics Redline radial tires. 235/60R15's front and 255/60R15's rear.

I have a spare hood and a 67RO/WO Super Stock hood scoop for the car that needs minor bodywork and painting that will be included with the car. I've just never gotten around to doing it.
I didn't want to install the scoop on the original hood
and in doing so put holes in it.
I've owned this car longer than most
but I'm ready for something different for a toy.
As far as possible trades on the car,
My main interest would be a late model Challenger,
preferably an SRT or a Scat Pak Challenger.
Other Mopar cars would be considered.
I always say that "you never know till you ask".
If you have questions feel free to ask.
