My Road Runner (Sport Satellite) is an awesome car that has given me unmatched pleasure but it's time for me to retire. I will try and not forget any details about the car but would love to have any perspective buyers come and view and drive it in person. I am not a professional mechanic!1) The condition of the paint is really good. I would not be able to put a number on this as I have no knowledge of paint. It has won first place in the three car shows I entered it in. The trunk is upholster and looks pretty good but I would probably give it a 7. The car has no rust that I have seen and I have been pretty much everywhere one could possibly go on this car. The underneath is also rust free with no dents. The engine has around 22000 miles on it with the odometer showing 37000 I believe. The engine is a 1968 block-440 bored 30 over with three two barrel carburetors (these have about 1000 miles on them. intake. linkage. etc. The transmission is a 727 automatic and I don't know anything about it from the previous owner. The Gear Vendor Overdrive has about 1000 miles on it and works perfectly. The engine. transmission. rear end. and overdrive has just had fluids changed. The differential is 390 pos-track I believe (don't hold me to the pos-track part but almost sure it is). Pro-max braided fuel lines from new fuel pump to six pack with pressure regulator. New $600. 00 Griffith aluminum radiator helps car run really cool even with AC. Catch can for water overflow so no water coming out of radiator as all the old car did. I believe there is a small power steering leak but haven't had time to investigate (couple surgery's)(one reason I'm selling). Has MSD 6al with rev control buttons along with MSD coil and MSD spark plug wires. New Goodrich TA's on front and back (235-245) with rally wheels. Bumpers are perfect Beep Beep horn All original gauges work plus addition water. oil. and wide band O2 gauge for fuel regulation (outboards are running a little lean). New tach Never raced and always cared for with oil changes every 2000 miles. New aluminum water pump-New fan clutch Headers were from Summit racing and I had to dimple one side some to install. All new hoses and belts AM radio works great (kind of cool) I have million of receipts of parts I put on the car along with the previous owners receipts. I have the original Sport Satellite hood. painted the same color yellow as the car. in perfect condition. if you would like it. The AC and heater box was completely rebuilt by Classic Air and blew ice cold until freon leak. 2) The interior is free of any rips. stains. or any other would be damage.
