Description

Up for bid is 1969 Plymouth Barracuda notch back Barn Find. This car is a running project. 318, uto, B, S, 3/4 rear end. This car has a clean title and numbers matching as far as I can tell. The data plate is decoded below to the best of my ability and tells to options and story. I bought this car here on ebay a couple of weeks back and it has turned out to be to big of a project for me. The roof has extensive rust and needs to be replaced. The prior seller did not disclose the roof rust. He said it needed a new vinyl top. LOL! He gave me $500 back and said it was a barn find and that what a bard find is.... His feedback is going to reflect his lack of honesty and description BULL SH*T! I have done my best to represent the car honestly.

I have started the car and driven around the yard. The brakes function but need work. Trans seems good and engine seems very strong. Has an aftermarket Edlebrock intake and 4 BBL. Nice dual exhaust. Currently I have not put gas in the tank but I have pumped some out and no rust or particles in the fuel. It is just old and bad. I have ran the car with a gas bottle up front. Suspension seems good and all intact.
The rust on this car is pretty bad but the frame rails are very solid no rust through or rot and the floors are mostly solid needing some work in the front on both sides. Outer rockers will need to be replaced and lower Quarters and lower front Fenders. Inner rockers are all solid. Trunk lid is rusty, ar is complete. Glass is good all around. Lights work, eeds interior work as well. Headliner is torn.
The original color is a light Green, lack Vinyl top, lack interior.
This car will need a full restoration. You could get it up and driving with out to much work. However the car is rusty and need a lot of work.
