Description

Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to own a rare convertible that you don't see too many of. 1975 was the last year of this model, nd the only year to have the dual rectangular headlamps. I have owned this car for 5 years. I've used it mostly in parades and photo shoots for fashion magazines. It gets a lot of attention everywhere it goes. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it a strong 6-7. In the last 5 years it has had new belts, oses, adiator, uel lines, attery, lternator, nd tires put on. All maintenance has been performed by Blue Lake Auto RV in Fairview Oregon for complete records. The car runs great, hifts smooth, tops straight. It it not a museum car. I have used it as a daily driver for the last year. It looks great at 10-15 feet but does have the normal scratches, crapes for a 40 year old car. Nothing major as you can see from the photo's. It cruises nicely at 70mph. If you are wondering about the gas mileage it gets 9 mpg in town and 19 for straight highway. cruising. I usually get around 11mpg overall. The car comes with the power convertible vinyl top with the plastic rear window (it's clear, ot fogged up). It has the blue soft tonneau cover, nd also the fiberglass while tonneau covers. See photos. The carpet is new and medium blue in color. The car comes with many new parts such as all new rubber seals for the trunk, he driver and passenger doors, nd the windows for driver and passenger doors. See photo. Along with a brand new ac delco alternator, nd a new power window motor (the right rear window works but is slow). The trunk has a full black carpet kit (I took it out to show underneath it). A full spare tire with black carpeted cover.
Things that need attention:
The a/c is not connected. I've never used it. I would assume though that it would need replacement, ot just recharged. The factory 8 track radio does not work, ut there is an am/fm/cd stereo in the glove compartment with new speakers in the dashboard. The only issue mechanically is there are a few small exhaust leaks so the car runs cold blooded for the first 5-10 minutes. After it has warmed up though it's very smooth and quiet. The power locks will need a new actuator. They work manually just fine. The car was painted before I bought it 5 years ago so it's not the best. There is a spot chipping near the passenger outside mirror. (See photo). There is a small crack in the dashboard. (See photo). One of the center caps on the wheel is missing (I have it with the spare parts but one of the three metal tabs inside it is broken off so it may need a new tab before putting it back on). The wipers work good but the washer motor does not spray fluid out. The motor sounds like it's working but doesn't pull the fluid out of the bottle. The top does not have any tears, ut the seam came apart along one of the hinges. (See Photo).
These things are mostly minor, ut I am very picky myself and would not want the new owner to have any surprises.
I know most sellers won't take Paypal for the full sale, ut I do as I feel it provides more protection for the buyer and the seller. I am not a dealer. This is my personal vehicle. I'm selling it because I currently have 4 vehicles and am buying a new house and am selling to help with my down payment.
Thank you for looking.
