Description

This is a very nice example of a 67 F body. The car has had a restoration started and only needs a little love to have a super nice early bird. This car was originally a red with white interor a 326 and a automatic transmission. The front of the car has been completely rebuilt with new bushings, uspension (tubular control arms and coil overs) and disc brakes on all four corners and twin piston calipers in the front. The 326 and auto was swapped for a built 400ci monster (very nice cam 6x heads etc.)and a super t10 4 speed transmission. The floors have been replaced and the quarters and trunk pan show zero signs of rust. The drivers fender has a very small rust bubble under the firebird emblem and a 1x1 spot on the lower part of the fenders on either side where the trim goes. the doors are solid and all glass is intact and not fogged. there are two places on the roof where a branch fell and hit it at some point in its life that we found bondo and ground out very easily repairable. The car does not have the original int but the interior in the car fits very well and is a great start to a kickass protouring project. The rear gears have been swapped and a 3.73 gear has been added to insure that you can bake the tires through the first 3 gears. The car is a very good driver and can with out a doubt be driven while you restore. Has dual flowmaster exhaust and sounds amazing unlike any other f body with a factory based engine I have ever heard. This car could be painted very easily and would not take but 5-6k dollars to make this a show stopping monster of a car. I have a bunch of new parts for the car new wheel moulding, ower trim, mblems for the whole car, issing dash pieces etc. It will needs a console however as I have yet to source one.
