Description

1973 Pontiac Trans Am with Eagle Hood Decal, Automatic NOM Transmission, Air Conditioning and only 69,600 original miles. Car was ordered with red paint and the black Custom interior Trim group and has the PHS registration included. This is the first year for the Eagle hood decal (screaming chicken) option and the last year for the rear chrome bumper (1970-73). I've owned the car since 2004 and have never gotten around to restoring it. I believe I am the 4th owner of the car.

The car comes with all essential parts except for the fuel tank, floor console and camshaft. Engine is a date code-correct 455 block that was freshly machined and bored .030 over with new pistons and fresh rods. The 4-barrel intake, heads, exhaust manifolds and carb are all date code-correct for this car. The rear end, drive shaft and transmission are original and the trans is numbers matching. The car is in pretty good shape overall, but will need lower rear quarters and a rear frame rail. The firewall and trunk pan are excellent, but a patch will be needed in the floor pan behind the passenger seat. Car is sold as is with no warranty offered or implied.
