Looking to sell my 1966 Pontiac Tempest Custom. This has been my classic nice weather daily driver for two years now and has been a dream to drive. This car was professionally restored at a classic restoration shop and to have this restoration done would cost more than what I am asking for the car. It a very straight and shiny gem! Interior is all original (no rips. tears or excessive wear) and drive train is in great shape. Car is rock solid from top to bottom: floors and trunk are all original and couldn't be cleaner. Car has had a new TH350 installed. The entire front suspension was rebuilt with new ball joints. tie rods. center link. idler arm. new larger front sway bar and new shocks all around. The motor is the 326 Pontiac V8 with a Edelbrock intake and carburetor. Has a newer true dual exhaust that has a great mellow muscle car tone. Motor runs smooth with plenty of power. Car has just over 76. 00 miles. It has aftermarket American racing torque thrust 16" wheels. The brakes have also been upgraded to help keep the car safe in stop and go traffic. There are new front disk brakes. power booster and larger master cylinder. In regards to the body of the car it is all original factory panels. The paint is new and is the factory color code for the car. It is a base and clear coat paint job. The vinyl top is original as well and just shows how well I and the previous owner have taken care of this car. This is not your average car on the internet. it will meet or exceed your expectations as a very well put together automobile and is an eye catcher at the shows and cruse night!
