I am listing 2 1962 Catalinas for sale. The one in primer is a rock solid 8 lug car that came from texas years ago. It has been stored inside since in my care. The second is a rusty complete 389 auto with no title for parts, 5 lug bad floors, Post car. I was hopping to finish this car during my retirement but health issues have arose. Lets start with the primered car. The odometer shows 10,600 miles and i almost believe it true. the car is rock solid perfect floors. I got it in pieces and took inventory it 97% there. It needs fully restored though. before i forget i have about 17 peices of chrome out at plating costing me about $1000. tail light bezels, fender toppers ect... bumpers will need redone. Ok here's something that might scare people the last guy smoothed the firewall at ac hole. they just put a piece of tin over it and bondo it easily reversible. they also removed the frames motor mounts. I am including an extra frame... So i bought a burned 62 GP for its drive line included is a 428 1969 yh a set of fresh 6x # 4 heads edelbrock 2x4 intake bead blasted and ready. 2 ebelbrock carbs. set d port long branch manifolds. borg warner super t-10 with shifter. belhousing. pedals z bar. 342 posi. custom x member. and driveshaft. i spent some money on this drive line, all the good stuff. the 428 is in short block form now as i was re gasketing and doing heads didn't get put back together. Included is a manual transmission steering column it was damaged in car fire but rebuidable with other column in parts car, sandblasted. inner fenders blasted and semi flat already. Included is a pallet of 1962 impala parts, chrome, interior, steering box, and smalls. Here's whats going-- 2 cars one a parts car 1 extra frame, 428 short block needing reassembled, fresh 6 x heads, 4 speed 342 posi, piles of parts, re chromed parts, someone needs 1500 hours and the love of these cars its body is fantastic.
