up for bid with NO reserve is this great running 1949 pontiac silverstreak two door fastback coupe, with a straight eight engine and an automatic transmission, VERY hard to find in this configuration, very rare, plus a very desirable body style of a two door fastback! this car needs a little rust repair but the mechanics and drivability are wonderful the trans works perfectly and has had its bands adjusted to specs and works as new ...we have also driven this car on the freeway and she really moves down the road, the gauges work ( speedo is bouncy) and dash lights work at night, the little indian lights up on the hood at night too!....she needs paint and maybe a freshened up interior but what a great start ...or just drive it how it i, ,check out the pictures and ask any questions you like ...there are two videos of the car one firing up and one driving down the block ...they are on youtube and give a good idea how well the car run, ........................................... the videos are posted on the " filthbomb " channel along with a 1949 chevrolet two door fastback we also have on ebay right now ...check em out
