Description
I'll start by saying this is an outstanding car for a restoration project. The floor and floor braces are in great condition as are the rocker pans and door bottoms. This car had a miner front end collision back in 1972 and has been setting in my storage building ever sense. I bought the car to restore but never got to it. I think the car has every option available in 63. I'll try to list them. 382=push button radio with electric antenna 401=rear seat speaker 411 & 412=front and rear seat foam cushion 421=windshield washers and two speed wipers 422=safeguard speedo with fuel lever light 424=instrument panel pad 444= outside remote control mirror 471=backup lights 482=glove box light 491=courtesy light 492=ashtray and cigar lighter light 501=power steering 502=power brakes 551=power windows 561=power seat 581=air conditioning 604=electric clock 624= seat belts 654=tilt steering wheel power top and maybe a few options I missed. Ok now for the description of the car the 73543 miles is actual. I have tried to to show the condition of the body with pictures but I'll also describe what I have noticed. The right side of the body has some dents on the 1/4 panel the right door has some dents. Some rust behind rear wheels right fender has rust in lower part behind front tire. Rear bumper is bent looks like someone hooked a chain on and pulled it out. Front bumper looks good. The bodywork would be an easy and short fix for any good body shop. The top bows are in excellent condition. The windows are all good. The motor that's in the car now was installed just so I could move the car around untill the day came when I could do the restoration as you can see that day never came. The motor in the car runs but it was a bit short on anifreeze and blue a freeze plug out therefore it can only be ran for short periods of time (just to move the car around). If you replace the plug the motor might be ok I don't know if there was other damage to the block. The motor number on the front of the block 0065172YH.I have the original motor and transmission the people that I bought the car from say it was overhauled but I don't know about that. I would probably go through it anyway. The numbers on the front of the block are 697378YE 65716. The tag on the firewall reads 06C style 63-2867 body bk929 trim 274 ac 1-3 or maybe ac 1-8 not sure on the last number. Tires hold air for a couple daysShipping will be up to you I can help load. This is a relist I really don't want to sell it this cheap but I need the storage room THIS IS A NO RESERVE ACUTION
