Up for auction is a nice 1957 Pontiac Star Chief Custom Safari 2 Door Station Wagon. There were only 1292 of these wagons produced in 1957 the last year for this 2 door Nomad type body and very few have survived making these cars quite rare. This car is not a show car but a very nice driver plus car. It was restored years ago and remains in nice condition. There is no visible rust or rot this car spent a good deal of it's life on the west coast. The glass is all good the stainless and trim is all good and complete the rear bumper chrome is poor but not pitted. It has recent tires brakes and tune-up it starts runs and stops great. The interior is in nice condition with no rips or tears the carpet in the rear cargo area is new. This car could easily be turned into a show car for far less than it's value it would make an awesome resto-mod or you can use it as is. Take this car to the local cruise night and it's sure to be the only one there. Below I've posted the NADA and Hagerty prices for the 1957 Pontiac Safari Station Wagon our price for this wagon is well below both average values and this is an above average car.
