Description
Up for sale is a GENUINE, EAL DEAL, TO CONVERTIBLE. Not a clone! I have all the PHS documentation on this car in pdf. The original color is the desirable Nightwatch Blue. This is an original 4 speed, 89, BBL, onvertible. I have the original 4BBL carb and manifold, ut the car currently has a correct 1965 Factory Tripower carbs and intake on it. The car is a 1965, nd the WT block has the correct markings on the front but the marking on the back is 1966. I am not representing it as a numbers matching car. The original color combination is Nightwatch Blue, ith black interior and black top. Original AM/FM radio, ally Guage package, revious owner has stripped andprimedthe car and put a white top on it. Car was stripped to bare metal and epoxy primer applied to prevent any rust. This car is solid with all original body panels, rim and lots of extras. It also RUNS AND DRIVES, lthough it has been in storage for over 20 years.I bought it with the intentions of modernizing it with new drivetrain, uel injection, utomatic tranny, way disc brakes, tc... When my car enthusiast clients saw it, hey said it would be a crime to bastardize it. I own a vintage bike restoration business in Delaware, alled C4 Labs, nd I have on many occasions sent bikes back to the owners and refused to restore them because they need to remain original. Several guys have told me that this car needs to be done as original as possible, nd I can appreciate that in my line of work. It deserves a complete restoration, nd has what I consider minor rust coming through, nd some areas that had filler previously. There are two areas a few inches long that have severe rust towards the front of the frame in common areas for this tooccur. I have had the car looked at by a fewprofessionalbody shops and they have assured me that all panels and frame sections have only minor issues that can be reasonably corrected. It is agenuineGTO, ot a Tempest or Lemans clone. It is a Convertible, speed car with options and a color that make ittrulysought after. It runs and drives and can be a few thousand away from a great cruise night car, r can legit be a ridiculous show car with the right work. I would prefer for someone to come here and see it in person and go over it inch-by-inch, ut I can work with a serious buyer that can arrange shipping on an as-is basis only. Title in hand and ready to go. Deposit required within 48 hours. No disappointments. I really want to get this car into the right hands, ut if I can't, will just have to do the retro-mod build with it that I originally intended to do. I would much rather buy a car more suitable for it though. Check my feedback and buy with confidence. This car is also for sale locally, ontact me asap if interested.
