Description
1967 Pontiac GTO 4Spd Manual. 400 HO Engine WS Engine Code. 360hp. All matching Numbers Up for sale is a 1967 Pontiac GTO. This car was purchased 12 years ago from original owner and has been taken as great as care as the original owner did. Car does have 61,000 original true miles. I have tons of documentation that will go with the car. I also have a full PHS Report verifying matching numbers. Car has been garage kept for the last 12 years and has never seen rain, now, r any inclement weather. I was told that the car was never driven in the rain and appears that it hasn’t. Car has been repainted approximately 10 years ago and was a very high end paint job. Car has not been in any accidents and did not have any body panels replaced. This car is part of a small car collection and all work was completed by high end shops. Since then the car has had maintenance completed as follow. Engine: was completely rebuilt in 2014 by a very well known Engine builder and was built with no expense spared. New pistons, rank, ifter, il pump, nd was totally overhauled. and then engine was painted correct color. Engine has approximately 1500-1600 miles since rebuild. The motor was then reinstalled by a very well known restoration shop and was done as clean as possible to original specifications Transmission: In 2009 I had the transmission pulled and shipped to MidWest Muncie. This is the elite transmission shop in the country for these transmissions. I had the complete transmission rebuilt and shipped back. Transmission was then reinstalled to original specification with new clutches by AC Transmission. Exterior Trim: I have had several pieces of chrome rechromed over the years and everything looks great with no rust. Stainless trims have been polished and also look great Interior: Everything in interior is all original and shows no signs of wear at all. Car’s interior in my eyes is a 10 out of a 10. I did have the brake, lutch, nd gas pedal assembly restored at a local restorations shop. Undercarriage: I have had the front end completely rebuilt and new shocks installed approx. 2011. Tires were installed in 2010 and have approx. 4,000 miles Brakes and brake lines were installed in 2008 and do not need replacing I have over $100,000 invested in the vehicle and can be inspected at any point. Will Consider Trades. Call Robert @ 609-221-0203
