Description

This turbo was supposed to be sold. but now I'm not hearing back from the buyer. So. it's back up for sale. I was originally going to part the car out. but would prefer selling outright. It would make a good project or track car. It's an '87 Porsche 944 Turbo. 5 speed (non LSD). with 114. 37 miles (actual. working odometer). The vehicle had a mild engine bay fire. and ended up getting a NY salvage title (work would be minimal. to apply for a reconstructed title. if putting it back on the road). Repairs needed include the engine wiring harness. some of the rubber intake piping. airbox (or go with an aftermarket intake). and some other misc plastic and rubber pieces. The timing belt was not affected. and the engine spins over. without issue. The interior is in nice shape. The seats do no have any rips or major wear. The carpet. dash. door panels. etc. are all in very good condition. I removed a few dash pieces. but they're all still in the car. and in great shape. The exterior is also in nice shape. Worst areas include the paint burned off part of the driver side fender. and the bumper cover needs to be secured. The passenger side window is shattered. but I can include another. All other paint. glass. body panels. etc. are in good condition. It has a clean set of script door handles. The wheels are 19" 997 Ronal Lobster Claws (8" and 11"). with practically new Federal SuperSteel Tires. The 944 is located in Zionsville. PA 18092. It will need to be towed. It was supposed to be sold for $5000 complete. so that's the price I'm starting at. I'd be willing to remove certain items. and drop the price (such as wheels. seats. other interior parts. etc. ). Thanks!Edit: I will sell for $3500 OBO. without the Lobster Claw wheels. Buyer will need to bring their own wheels.
