Description
1960 Porsche 356B Original Metallic Silver with Red interior. Former California Car. flared rear fenders and sunroof clip. It has 356 engine No. P*730914* and 356 transmission No. 51273. Engine turns freely by hand. fires up with remote gas tank but revs then dies. carbs probably need rebuilt. Engine sounds good with no unusual internal noises. Comes with most of the hardware to complete. sunroof panel. headlights. taillights. bumpers. handles. trim. badges. etc. Has all glass and frames except windshield Also. extra door glass and frame. I would recommend replacing the Battery Box ($95) and Front Left and Right Strut Reinforcements ($36 ea. ). Prior front passenger fender repair. The floor pan looks like it can be patched with minimal effort and there is rust perforation around the passenger side jack fixture. Mileage listed is actual odometer reading and believed to be inaccurate. Front seats and headrests seem to be in pretty good shape but have some stains that may clean up. Rear bottom seats are in good shape. Dash. door and rear panels have some sun fade and also blemished. There is no headliner and carpeting was discarded to check condition of floor. Vehicle is purchased " Where-Is. As-Is with no expressed or implied warranty" Seller recommends personal inspection before purchase. Engine wires/cables disconnected to begin engine removal and restoration but process is stalled at this time. NJ title. Item is for sale locally.
