Description

This car has a great history, ought new in NY, hen owner moved to Florida years ago. It's a matching number Vin to Engine, otor has been rebuilt, ew exhaust, lutch and original carbs rebuilt. The carbs are factory Solex and need adjusted. The rebuild has only 500 miles at a cost of over $15,000 all receipts will be supplied. This car is very original it is not restored, xcept for a older paint and changed steering wheel. I might have the original wheel.
This car was built on 9/1965 but is title a 1966 model. Rare 3 gauge car with a older patina paint work. I see no rust but notice the front hood has been closed on something and cause the paint to chip, s seen in photos. Also the front has a small ding in the bottom pan. The caps are nice, hrome is good, ires are new but are a size larger then factory.
The color is polo red (6602) with black interior. The seats are original but are soft with no tears or broken seams. The headliner and carpet are new. The car has a rare factory A/C, ella 128 fog lights, orrect radio, speed, nd wooden steering wheel not factory. The A/C is removed but I have most of the parts. Some hoses and condenser remains.
This car per the 912 Regestry was built in September 1965 making it a true 3 gauge car. This is a very early example in the 1966 model year. It's runs very nice, ut needs carbs adjusted. Very hard to fine a early rust free, ccident free 912 today.
