NJ LICENSED DEALER # 04250U
NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!!
WINNING BIDDER TAKES IT WHETHER AUCTION ENDS AT 10 CENTS or 10 GRAND!!!!
Up for sale is a 1985 Porsche 944. Only 115k ORIGINAL MILES!
I personally purchased this car under my dealership's name on eBay almost 3 years ago as a fun little project.
It has a CLEAN Title with a CLEAN CarFax and a CLEAN Autocheck. No surprises.
Automatic Transmission. 4 Cylinder 2.5L Engine.
Porsche "Turbo Twist" Wheels.
Also comes with ORIGINAL Black Alloy Wheels mounted on virtually new snow tires.
Over the course of owning this car I have put SEVERAL THOUSAND into it, ot to mention the thousands I originally paid for the car.
That being said, his is a NO RESERVE AUCTION so the winning bidder BUYS IT!
It has NEW plugs, ires, retty much every gasket and filter you can think of, hermostat, as cap, eadlights, ear wiper delete. Optima BlueTop battery (might need to be fully charged or replaced). Fixed or replaced the following: steering column, urn signal/wiper stalks, ooling fans, /C system, eadlight motors, ower windows, ower mirrors, ven had the cluster gauges rebuilt, tc, tc, tc.
I even have a brand new starter for this car in the box, t never needed it, ut that just shows you how many parts I wound up buying and replacing.
There's a TON of other stuff, ut I can't remember what I had for lunch yesterday, et alone what I put into a car over the course of almost 3 years.
Decent little paint job that is almost 3 years old but will need to be touched up in a few spots.
I could go on and on.
I just don't have the time to put into this little Porsche anymore.
If I were to be totally honest, his is what I think would "complete" this 944:
- Put original wheels back on and get an alignment (repaint wheels as needed)
- attempt to operate removable sunroof / fix if necessary (does not leak, don't know how to use it)
- reupholster driver seat or replace both front seats with Recaros.
- change muffler or put nice stainless exhaust on it.
- fix 2-3 small rust spots in paint and align plastic body moldings properly.
That's really it if you want yourself an absolute beauty of a 944.
I would really like to see this car go to a real Porsche enthusiast to have fun with.
Everything else is done. You can drive it just as it is if you want.
As it is now, he still gets attention just for her stylish looks, ut this could really be a special one.
Rare ALMOND BEIGE Exterior on Brown Leather interior.
Power Windows work, ower Mirrors Work, eadlights work, og Lights work, ipers work, urn Signals work, /C works, eat works, adio/CD works, ngine is good, ransmission doesn't have any issues.
There's not really anything on the car that I can say does not work besides the sunroof and that's mainly because I don't really know how to use it, ut I'm sure it would probably be an easy fix.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS CAR IS 30 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which also means that it qualifies for Historic Plates, nsanely cheap insurance, nd no testing for state inspection. (This is true for NJ, don't know about other states)
IT IS SOLD AS-IS, HERE-IS WITH NO RESERVE!!!
YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO COME SEE THE CAR FOR YOURSELF BEFORE BIDDING AND EVEN HAVE A MECHANIC LOOK AT IT. JUST EMAIL OR CALL US AT 201-945-2277.

We highly recommend flushing ALL fluids and making sure your alignment is good before safely driving on the road. This may seem like common sense, ut it has to be said.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the purchase price is due via PayPal within 24 hours of auction's end.
The remaining balance is due within 3 business days via certified funds (cash, ertified check, ank check, ashier's check, ire transfer, tc). Personal checks will also be accepted but the vehicle will not be available for pickup until your check clears.
Thanks for looking and good luck bidding! May the best car enthusiast win!
FINAL NOTE:
I have so many keys for this car, don't know how or why, ut I swear I have at least 8 keys for this car. Most are for the ignition/hatch, ome are for glovebox, nd there are other random ones (I think for the door).
The previous owner was a member of the PCA (as referenced by the sticker in the windshield).
I really want to see whomever buys this car to appreciate it. The amount of metal on this car is unbelievable compared to today's fiberglass vehicles. It is solid, eavy, nd because of that, andles like... well like a Porsche.
