The rear tail panel was damaged in a driveway accident. As you can see from the detailed photos, here appears to be no damage to the inner structure.

Looking at the photo of the original yellow bumper you can see the dent on the passenger side, hat is where the damage occurred.This was not a big hit and the car was not under power when it was damaged.

The original tail panel was cut off at factory spot welds to straighten it. While the owner of 20+ years was at it, e decided to take the car apart, nd then it sat for some time, ntil we purchased it. As many projects go, he the work stalled and was never completed. He did preserve the parts and kept them in dry storage and organizedWe have pretty much everything for the car to repair it.This car comes with a louvered rear Carrera II 4 cam rear under valance, rarity in its own right and worth thousands by itself.The drivers side window frame(by the vent window) has a dent in it. There is no tool kit for the car nor radio. The transmission is in the car and is in good order and is matching numbers.The brakes and suspension are in good condition. The NOM engine is a 1958 356 1600 cc built to Super specs and dressed as a correct 1962 engine. We have all the surround tin for the motor. As well as an original Leistritz muffler with extended tail pipes to accommodate the Carrera rear valance.This car is a straight solid car with what appears to be the original floor. Look at the photos posted. When is the last time you saw a 356 or any swb Porsche pans look like this? The car was stored in a dry garage as the tail panel in bare metal is not rusty with surface rust.We have the Kardex on the car and a clear title for the car.

The NOM 1958 1600 Engine built to 1962 Super specs is removed to prevent over spray when you refinish. It can be easily installed for shipping. As you can see from the pictures the case halves match.
