Up for auction is a 1987 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur. The Silver Spur model is the longer wheel-based edition of the Silver Spirit.
This vehicle is the later model that features a 6.75L fuel-injected V-8.
The Connolly leather interior is in excellent condition with minor wear on left-side of driver's seat (NO cuts, holes, stains, etc.).
The walnut trim is like new. (NO cracks, chips, scratches, or crazing).
The Everflex vinyl roof is like new. (NO stains, cuts, scratches, etc.)
The original radio (w/cassette player) functions perfectly, and a trunk-mounted,6-disc CD player was added.
This car has been pampered since new, and during my ownership it has been Winter stored indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
Included items are: the original RR Owner's Manual; the original lambs wool front & rear floor covers;2-ply storage cover.
Note: This car runs and drives as a Rolls-Royce should. When driving this car, my biggest problem has been lane-changing. The drivers that are driving next to me are too busy checking-out this car, and oftentimes fail to move out of my way.
With the exception of the CD player, everything on this car is original. New front brakes wererecentlyinstalled, oil and all fluids are up-to-date, and the a/c compressor needs replacing.
