This 1978 Saab 99 Turbo has been garaged for 10 years, efore that point it was my daily driver. I had been hoping to get it running again, ut it seems to have some big electrical problems. When you close the starter relay the engine turns over, ut not much except hazard light are working. Probably needs re-wiring through the car. The engine is a five speed manual from a 1980 saab turbo, uns great when everything is working. The engine mileage is unknown, t was driven in the 900 from 1980 about 1990, hen stored until put in this vehicle in 2000. Newer gas tank, park plugs, ngine fan. Battery in the trunk. Interior will need work. There is rust on the bottom of the vehicle. Includes highly sought after Inca wheels, unroof. Turbo gauge is mounted on dashboard. This car has the traditional Saab turbo lag with the 4 cylinder engine, ut when the turbo kicks in you know it. Would be a great project car and these are rising in value. It has been my baby, ut it needs to go to someone that has the time and money to restore it. This is bring your own trailer sort of project.EDIT: I have included pictures of the worst rust I can find- on the floor of the vehicle underneath the carpets. I do have all the interior pieces, ncluding the drivers door interior, took it off because I was working on the crank on the window. I appreciate all the questions and interest, lease feel free to ask, will answer to the best of my ability! This car is my baby- I've had it since I was 17 and have the garage space, o I don't want to give it away for nothing.
