History of the Car:Shelby Charger GLHS #956
#0956 of 1000Originally from Cowboy Dodge in Cheyenne Wyoming.I'm the third owner since 1997.The car has been garage kept since new, nd also under a car cover since 1997.It was stored from 2004-2014.
Originality:The paint is original.The interior is original.The logic module is original.The engine is original and stock.The rear louver was added by the second owner.The rear Koni shocks are original and on the car.The front struts/springs are KYB GR-2 /LRE 1" lowered springsThe Centurian II wheels are NOS and in excellent condition - with no rash or weight marks.The weights are the stick on type mounted to the inside and back of the wheel.The tires are in good condition but need a re-balancing.The gas tank is clean (checked with an inspection camera) thanks to yearly use of StaBil.The pump is the Walbro unit replaced in July 2015.The power module was replaced in July 2015.The Transmission in the car was built & installed by Cliff Ramsdell.It's a 525 case with 555 internals, etrag gears, nd a Mopar Performance heat treated 3:87 final drive. (I have the original # matching transmission in storage).The front engine mount is a PolyBushings polyurethane unit.The logic module is the original.The entire exhaust system is original.The shifter linkage large end bushing that mounts directly on the transmission was replaced with an NOS piece last July.The engine runs really strong.No vacuum leaks, o codes, o sticky solenoids.No engine oil or turbo oil leaks.The steering wheel and shift knob are in excellent condition.The interior is in very good to excellent condition.The radio works, ut the small square buttons need to be refurbished
Modifications ( reverseable)All modifications done to this car are reversible and minor.No irreversible mods were done.The non-stock mods are:90A Nippondenso alternator.Engine harness & bracket for the above.LRE 1" lowered front springs.KYB GR-2 front struts.Polybushings front engine mount.Mopar rear hatch louver (installed at Dodge for the 2nd owner).Non-stock alternator cap (red).Re-manufactured A/C compressor.
Original Parts that will be Sold With The Car:The original numbers matching A525 trans. (off the car)The original Koni struts (off the car & need a rebuild).The original front springs. (off the car).The original 78 amp alternator with bracket (off the car).New Mopar power steering belt.NOS Mopar Idle speed sensor.
Issues with the car:The steering rack needs to be replaced or possibly it's a worn belt (it's hard to turn the steering wheel until it warms up). Comes with new Mopar belt.The Idle speed sensor bolted to the transmission leaks & needs to be replaced: Comes with a new Mopar sensor.The AC Compressor clutch leaks freon and will need to be replaced.The headliner is sagging on the drivers side (glue dried up).
