Description

For sale is a very clean, ust free 1948 Studebaker Land Cruiser. It's an older restore (I believe 90s) so the paintwork cleans up and presents nice but has minor flaws. The entire interior was recently re-upholstered (seats, eadliner, arpet, oor cards, loth door seals). New battery and points 4 months ago, ust installed new plug wires, aster cylinder sleeved in brass, nd most everything, ncluding overdrive works as it should... All trim is present and in good shape. I also, o go with it, ave a couple original shop manuals and parts catalogs, an of paint for for touch-ups(from when it was painted, o is matches), nd a box of misc extra trim pieces and parts including fuel pump.
The car looks stellar but has a couple minor issues. Since it's been in the family, t has been driven very little (since about 2005) and the odometer stopped when turning over 75k miles. There hasn't been a lot of miles since. Otherwise no sound from radio and clock doesn't work) Drives/shifts/stops well around town but gets hot on the highway (the thermostat seems good and there's fresh coolant, suspect that it could benefit from a new water pump) and smokes a little oil when first started. Has original 3.7L 6cyl. Clear title. I'll add additional photos soon. Feel free to ask any questions. Local pick up only, nless we discuss otherwise in advance, lease.
