I believe that the car is actually a 1978 but the title suggests that it's a 1975Clear Washington State title in my name. I bought the car several years ago from a gentleman in Southern California. Since purchase I have had the cylinder head rebuilt. with a fresh valve job. new timing belt. tensioner. and water pump. all new hoses. and belts. Carb rebuilt as well. as fuel tank was removed from the car and professionally cleaned out too. New brake pads on the front new wheel cylinders in the rear along with new brake shoes. Tires are in excellent condition. and the car drives quite well. "Weathershield" brand folding sunroof very much like a Webasto roof. A few small rust bubbles in the rear fendertops. see the pictures on thisInterior is original and the cloth inserts in the front seats are fairly dirty I would probably have the seats re done at some point. that said they are in good shape with no rips or tears the side of the drivers seat next to the seat back adjustment is patched The Dash is perfect with no cracks or repairs. The flange gasket on the exhaust is in need of replacing and I will see if I can get that done for the new owner. Muffler is just fine. The transmission shifts perfectly as is the clutch. This car is sure to be a hit at the local Cars and Coffee. and I believe from my research that there are not more than half a dozen of these in the USAThe car is Right Hand drive. All lights and glass are in good orderThe gas strut shock on the back glass which holds the glass open is dead and needs replacing. There is some surface rust spots on the floor of the front trunk. not bad by any stretch The reserve on the car is quite reasonable and the car is advertised locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. so if you have a strong interest I would suggest that you call me.
