1982 Toyota FJ45 Pick up

Original United Arab Emirates sold car with factory power steering and 4 speed transmission.

Full professional frame off restoration to original Toyota factory Specifications. No expenses spared.

Painted in factory original Beige 464 as it was done out of the Toyota Factory, uPont paint, o clear coat just as in 1982.

Car was completely disassembled, hassis and body were media blasted to bare metal for the perfect preparation of factory style finish.

Chassis, uspension and axles repainted in epoxy primer and factory finish satin black.

Axles fully rebuilt with new bearings, eals and fluids and plugs.

Brakes fully rebuilt with all new OEM brake hoses, heel cylinders and brake shoes. Stops properly. New parking brake cable.

The original 2F engine was professionally rebuilt with new Pistons, rank bearings, am bearings, alves, ater pump, il pump, uel pump, arburetor, ower steering pump, reeze plugs, park plugs, ll new gaskets and seals everywhere, olished valve cover, adiator, adiator hoses, ilters, uel lines. All original Toyota parts. Engine starts easily, dles perfect and drives really nice. Will sit at 120 on the highway and does not run hot at all, ven on the hottest summer days.

New original ignition and keys.

Fuel system was fully overhauled with brand new fuel tank, uel sender and hoses. Reads accurate.

New full stainless exhaust system, riginal style.

Suspension fully rebuilt with new bushings, ubber bumpstops and OEM shocks. No rattles or squeaks.

All new steering ball joints and steering rods.

Electrical wiring was all cleaned up and re-sheathed in black plastic wiring wrap.

The car comes with 5 brand new old stock 16 inch steel split wheels, hat I found still at a Toyota dealer somewhere. These are extremely rare to find brand new. Factory original Toyota dark grey paint. These wheels are perfect condition and were very expensive.

5x brand new Sumitomo Shaheen Radial sand tyres, ize 245 /85 r 16. These tall narrow tires are the best most original looking tires you can put on this type of car.

Tailgate is beautifully straight and has factory white vinyl lettering and original 4x4 decal.

The bottom of the cab and bed were sprayed in paintable rubberized undercoating before being finished in Beige 464 paint like it was done at the factory.

The interior was fully re-done to a factory finish with the following new original parts:

New upper and lower rubber dash pads

(Almost) new original floor mat, t was taken out of a new car in the early 80's and has been carefully stored since. Has a tiny tear in one corner .These are extremely rare to find and extremely extremely expensive.

Dynamat under the carpet for heat and sound reduction.

The original seats were taken apart, eat frames painte, re- upholstered in original Toyota style plaid material with grey sides. This is the original Toyota seat material look from the period. Very expensive material, ut necessary for a factory style restoration.

Upgraded seatbelts to US spec 3 point shoulder belts for safety as the car originally came with lap belts for the region.

The only thing missing from this car are the OEM speakers for the radio. I have not been able to find a set in the condition required.

The body is beautifully restored and super straight.

All new stainless bolts on the body and new Yellow zinc coated bolts on the chassis and elsewhere.

The car was painstakingly restored with a lot of time, ffort and attention to detail put in to make sure this would be the most original and best condition classic Toyota FJ45 in Dubai.

The car took approximately a year to finish and has since had less than 1000 Kms driven on it.

Parts were sourced from all over the world, rom Australia, ran, urope, merica, olumbia, audi etc etc at a lot of time and cost.

You could not build this car or one similar for any cheaper than what its listed here for.

It is a serious head turner, t gets a lot more attention than any modern car.

It's a once in a lifetime chance to own a piece of automotive history in as perfect a condition as this. It is practically a brand new 30 year old car that was built to be driven another 30 years, r just put in a collection to appreciate in value. You will not find another FJ 45 in as good a condition as this in the GCC for sale.
