This is a fully restored 1977 Landcruiser from the ground up, o expense spared. This truck originated from Alabama so there was no rust. Looks like new, ctually better than new, have kept the important stuff original but added the nice to have after market stuff to make it a better & safer truck. Has always been garaged & never winter driven. Here's what was done:
2004
Complete ground up restoration; vehicle disassembled & painted, nderbody rust proofed, eplaced carbon steel body bolts with stainless steel, " lift, merican Eagle Alloy Wheels with BF Goodrich 33x10.5R15 Tires, ew Monroe shocks, eplace front & rear oil seals, nstalled new headers(exhaust), oll bar, arn 9500 lb winch, ront bush guard & rear bumpers, uffler, ower steering, e-upholster interior to factory spec, inted windows-side&rear, ew window channels, ll new door seals, ower brakes, entre console with built in radio & Alpine CD, hrome grab handles-passenger side, iper Anti-theft Alarm System, alogen head lamps, ew seat belts, ew headliner, ew rubber floor mats & carpet, il cooler. There are Spectre Off Road seat covers for all seats but I chose not to use on the front seats, he rear ones can be removed.
2006
In 2006, he following was completed by the local Toyota dealer: original 2Fengine rebuild (new rings, od bearings, ain bearings, am bearings, il pump, ifters, amshaft, rost plugs, e-grind crankshaft, one cylinders, e-bore was not required, ylinders were within spec), onvert to electronic ignition (Fireball XR700), ew horizontal steering stabilizer, ver haul disc brakes (new calipers/pistons), ew water pump, ew heater valve & cable, ew Weber 32/36 carburetor, ew belts, oses, attery.
Comes with the owners manual & all records, eceipts for the above work. Original steel wheels are included. Please note that the date of manufacture is November 1977 but the vehicle is registered as a 1978 model. I've lost my job and I'm forced to sell my baby. There is no reserve on this FJ40.
