Description

Hi Guys, ell I've decided to sell my Landcruiser. Its a 1978 model which is the most desirable year, 8's had the old steel body which corrodes a lot less than the newer ones, ront disc brakes, speed tranny, 7 spline shafts, tc. This FJ has a chevrolet 350 crate motor from GM, nstalled with a carter afb carburetor and gm HEI. Aluminum Radiator, 6 inch Rims and Good year tires, ew brake pads, nd new seals and shims in the front axle ball sockets. The front differential has a Aussie locker locking unit. Warn locking hubs, nd a 8500lb warn winch. It has a four inch lift from man-a-fre. I have the factory springs and rims also. Heavy duty shackles, ancho adjustable rear shocks, uxilliary fuel tank, nd a hi lift jack. This Toyota has spent its whole life in Southern New Mexico. I am the 3rd owner. It was purchased new in my home town and I still have the owners manual with the stamp from the local dealer. The second owner is a personal friend of mine and he had owned it since 1983 until I purchased it from him 5 years ago. I'm not sure i really wanna sell it! The second owner had it repainted the original color in 1989. The paint is ok, howing some scratches and signs of patina. The glass is in really good condition. The dash pad has some cracks but has a hard plastic cover over it. It has a new stereo. There is a tiny amount of what I would call surface rust at the bottom of the windshield. There is a small rust hole in the windshield pillar where it meets the floor in the passenger footwell. Very minor for a Landcruiser. When it sits for months at a time it will drip a tiny tiny bit on my garage floor. If I drive it once a week, hat doesnt happen. Call me if you have any questions, am not desperate to sell, ust making room. My wife loves it and wants to keep it. Dave 575 430 1322
