Description

This car I must say was taken care of extremely well. There are no rips or tears in the upholstery (front or back). The paint is in fair to good condition. Just needs a good wax job I believe but hey I'm bias lol. Now the not so good news. Tags are good till September 2016 (actually that's good news). We just bought this car about two weeks ago. Went to smog it and found out the catalytic converter is missing (ikr). I was quoted 179.00 out the door for the converter. I can give you the number and shop name if you like. The a/c needs a recharge at the least (haven't checked for leakes and the compressor is operational and not seized up). So the deal with that is 1992 a/c's used R12 refrigerant or freon. Here on ebay they sell the kit to refill it for around 60.00. I just had the alternator rebuilt (has a 90 day warranty ). I refurbished the battery and plan to clean the egr valve, and throttle body this weekend. The drivers side backseat window needs a new regulator, motor and switch are operating fine. The right-side rear seat belt is released all the way. I think the spring is broken. No leaks that I can see. Runs strong, fast and solid. Transmission is ok, I'm sure it could use a service though in the future. Also here recently the odometer stopped working, haven't checked why yet. Spent almost 200 doing inspections, transfer fees, getting a temp sticker good through July 31 2016. (By then it must be smog ready). I'm telling you all this because it wasn't told to us. Not that the guy willing left info out but things weren't made clear. Live long and prosper
