Description

For sale is my 1973 Hilux project. 18R 4 cylinder gas engine. When I bought it I bit off more than I could chew. Time has certainly taken a toll on this little truck. Most of the upper panels are solid: hood. doors. roof. bed. cowl. grill. etc. The glass is all good as well. but there is almost no floor left in this thing. When I bought it I neglected to pull up the old carpet until I got it home and when I saw the damage I basically just gave up. You've got solid supports to weld to. but its going to take some major sheetmetal repair. The good news is the rust basically stops at the transmission tunnel so the repairs should be pretty flat. I have moved this little truck under its own power. but it is not running now. turns over but no spark. As such. it will have to be towed on a flatbed. the tires aren't good enough for a dolly. If you know a good bodyman. or have plenty of time on your hands. this might just be the truck for you. Clean and clear title. I'll gladly text more pictures if you're interested.
