1988 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62.... Quite possibly the coolest 4 door SUV to exist!
This was a straight, clean cruiser before we got it. It had one small spot of surface rust over the driver rear quarter (not through the metal) however it was cut out and repaired correctly before paint. The truck was repainted its original 155 Dark Gray Metallic with solid black accents down the side and on the hood. The paint is very nice, but it isn't perfect. A/C blows cold and the heat blows hot. It fires up with no problems, even in negative temperature weather! It has a complete Old Man Emu suspension lift, 4 brand new Pro Comp wheels wrapped in new BFG KO2 A/T 315x70x17 tires. It has an ARB bull bar, Warn winch, KC headlights and a Kargo Kraft roof rack. It is missing both bumper end caps in the pics which are on order and will be put on before the truck goes to its new owner.
It is mechanically sound. I just had it in to Toyota for an alignment and service. It starts up, runs and drives down the highway nicely. We also just had a new muffler and tail pipe done. It has an aftermarket radio which is less than awesome, but it will come with the original factory radio. I also have two new door speakers going in this week as the originals were also less than awesome.
