A very hard to find one year only truck. This is an extra can straight axle Toyota 4x4 with EFI. only 1985 was the EFI optional with the coveted straight axle up front. Also. being an extra cab 5 speed SR5 package truck makes it the premier offering for 1985. Interiors is very nice. seats are great. no cracks in dash. carpet is nice. center console in tact and unbroken. Engine. and compartment is completely unmolested. newer battery. fresh major tune up. new oil. and clean air filter. This was basically a one owner truck until just a couple months ago. I installed brand new tires. and the 3m factory decals are brand new as well. All options work. radio. factory air. windows role up and down nicely. Window rubbers outside are replaced with new OEM pieces. front bumper plastic corners are brand new as well. All skid plates are in place. including front which is often tossed aside. Radiator is brand new. runs. starts. and stops as it should. Brake linings are new. this is a turn key truck. No rust on body. and NO MORE then surface rust anywhere else. This is a local to me California 4x4 truck that was used recreationally only. bed is excellent also! All maintenance items listed are already done for you. just buy drive. and enjoy. No ticking. slapping. or leaking of anything. This truck does NOT drip on the ground. There is some grease on the botton that has slinged up and on under body from greasing drive shafts is about it. It's a turn key truck with low miles that you just get in and drive. no overheating or excessive oil consumption. Only defects that I've seen are some dry plastics behind the seats that do have cracks. very common in all extra cab toys. Not really noticeable until seats are brought forward. I guess you could say the missing tailgate is a defect. but honestly I really like the period correct tailgate net on it. In a nut shell. low miles. extremely straight rust free body with no dents or scratches. new paint. and decals all around that runs excellent.
