At last! A very rare opportunity. "What everybody is looking for". Up for sale a 1984 Toyota Corolla SR-5 (AE86). With only 24,300 Original miles!!! This one is a beauty, t's a North Carolina car in super good conditions, xtremely hard to find all original from manufacture. Even 3 out of 5 tires are also original from manufacture. Well kept, verything works, C/Heat / Radio AM/FM Cassette / Cruise Control/Manual Transmission. No rust whatsoever, ll proper maintenance has been done through out the years. Never smoke.
I'm the second owner and I bought it three years ago in NC. The original owner was an old lady that unfortunately passed the way a few years ago. She bought it brand new, ight off from the dealer and only used it every other week to go grocery shopping across the street from her house. It was stored inside her garage and after I bought it has been stored in a rented private garage during every winter season.
Obviously life is not perfect, t does have a small dent on the rear right hand side panel which is fixable (See pics.) I never got it fixed myself because I lost contact with the only guy I knew could have got it restored the old fashion way, ulling it back, etting it straighten out with a hammer and manually re-shape it again to keep it as original as possible. Whoever understand that the originality of rare cars like this one is what gives them value, ill also understand that it must be done this way, he right way.
Other than that, he paint is in good conditions, nteriors are immaculate, o tears, ipped off or stains at all they look brand new. It has the original rugs, he panel and dash board are in perfect conditions no cracks or signs of it. The 4th wheel with original rim has a brand new tire (not show on the pics) and the spare is back on place. It does have the original owner's manual and original tools that have never been used before.
This car is being for sale as my family and I are moving out state and even though I don't want to sell it my wife is kind of forcing me to. This cars are well known to be use for drifting and racing b.s... but not this one, his one is not even the twin cam FYI. This one still braking in; for God's sakes it has 24000 miles!!! And that's a beautiful thing. That's also why I want to make sure that is being sell to the right person, omeone that will take good care of it, hat will preserve it and appreciate the originality of it.
