Description
this is a project i've lost interest in.. it runs and yard drives at the moment. the original 2.0 is long gone, t has a 2.5 tr6 engine that i was told is a fresh build, udging by the cleanliness of the block, aving the valve cover off, nd also the condition of the gaskets and everything else leads me to believe this is true. i was told it has been bored over, nd also has a performance cam, t does have a lopey idle, ut i can't verify any of this as i don't have any receipts. it' runs well, and revs quick. carbs have been gone through, uel tank cleaned, owever the carbs are not in sync, speed non overdrive transmission, lutch hydraulics are good.. i'm sure. the wiring is pretty poor on the inside, i'm sure it can be cleaned up, t worst a new harness is not terribly expensive. the ignition switch and cylinder were off the car and in a box when i got it, nd it's "hot wired" really it just needs the pigtail for the ignition switch. as for the body, have not gone over it with a fine tooth comb, ut there is a good bit of filler in the passenger side wheel lip. spit bits sells new quarter panels fairly cheap.. there is also is a bit of rust in both lower quarters behind the wheels, ut is not just totally rotten. other than that it seems solid. also filler in the driver's door, ot sure how deep the filler is. the black interior is mostly there, ut will pretty much needs everything replaced. dash pad, dash wood, nside panels etc... it has sat off and on probably 5 years, but it had an amateur resto done on not too long before that and seems like it was driven fairly regularly. it's not like a heap that's been sitting under a tree 20 years. again, will be more than happy to answer any and all questions to the best of my ability. i don't know these cars inside and out, nd this thing has changed hands a few times. i would possibly be open to trades, uscle cars, atsun 240z...
