Rare opportunity to own what is probably the only one like it in the world. This awesome looking custom 1974 TR6 with race style body effects not only looks like a racing TR6 version but drives like it as well. I've had a few TR6's over the years but none as fast or cool as this one. Maybe because of the 2 dual downdraft webers or maybe some engine modifications or both. This older restoration with its modifications is in very good condition overall. There is NO RUST on the frame. floors. rockers or trunk. The paint looks good from a few feet away but has some runs and other cosmetic issues. I think a good wet sand and buff would cure a lot of it. The interior is very nice with a beautiful wood dash. The top is very unusual in that it has an actual glass rear window which I've never seen before on a TR6. Now for the mechanicals. This car screams! It's a total blast to drive. It has 2 dual downdraft weber carbs which is a big improvement over the original strombergs. It had some throwout bearing noise in the clutch so I had it all replaced with a Moss Motors complete clutch kit 3 weeks ago. The factory Overdrive works on all gears as it should. All gauges. lights. radio. etc. work. Good brakes and tires. Actual mileage unknown. Again besides the fact that this looks like a one of a kind TR6 race-car it drives like one as well.
