Description

1970 Triumph GT6 + Date of manufacture is August of 1969. Rare car. Good Arkansas title licensed in my name. Ihave had this car for a year now. Runs great. Car has not been exposed to salt. Body solid.Someone has done some brake work and other things at some point. Lots of extra parts including front suspension bushings, nd steering boots. New master cylinder installed. It appears that there is enough parts to rebuilt a complete rear differential including housing. I have driven this car around quite a bit and no noise from thediff. Front differential seal does leak though. There is a minor oil leak from the engine. Drivers side headlight rim does not fit for some reason. There is a complete used headlight housing that comes with the car. One of the rear reflector lenses is missing. Tail lights all seem to work. left front turn signal socket probably needs replaced as it has fire to it and can get a test light to blink but will take some cleaning up or replacement to work properly. Horn does not work for whatever reason. Needs new door seals. I keep it in my shop.
Interior I would rate good for an original 1970. Kick panels and glove box is missing. Carpet is new. Seats are in pretty good shape with no tears or rips. Exterior is pretty good. Some very minor surface rust in a couple of spots due to dings leftunprepared for a period. A couple of minor dents and a good paint job would do wonders for this car. I have enjoyed it like it is. Very fun little car to drive.Someone has fixed minor rust in floor panels. Inspection from underneath shows minor rust throughs on floor pans likely due to wet feet and wet carpet. Looks like new steel has been laid down and welded in with fiberglass to seal. Also has a new plastic transmission tunnel cover. Also 4 new tires. This would be an awesome candidate for restoration.I've tried to include everything I know about the car. I fell in love with it but need to make room for other projects.Serious inquiries via call or text to 8702360915. Ask for Steve.$500 deposit via PayPal upon purchase. Cash due at pick up unless other arrangements can be made. Car is for sale locally.
