1974 Triumph TR6


Up for auction is this very nice 1974 TR6 Triumph. The car was bought by the current owner about a year ago and has only driven the car about 250 miles since owning the car. The TR6 was in good condition as it sat but to make it even better he had about $3,000 worth of maintenance. The TR6 runs and drives great! The 6-cyl engine starts tight up and runs smooth and strong. New to the engine are new plugs, plug wires, water pump, thermostat and gasket, antifreeze, oil and filter. The odometer shows only 91,200; with only two previous owners we believe this to be correct! The transmission shift nice and smooth, up and down.

The paint looks to be original to the car and untouched. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best the car would be a 7. The red paint looks great for its age. The soft top is in good condition with only one small tear in the corner about 2” in length.
As you can see from the pictures that the interior is also in good condition. All the gauges are original and everything works except the radio. This is not a perfect car and is not priced as one.
