Thanks for all the questions so far. If I get a chance this week, will go ahead and install both the steering stabilizer and throttle cable. Yes, can do the fiberglass repair, ut not until after the auction is over and an agreement between us and the new owner. Its supposed to be a low mile Bus according to the gentlemen I purchased it from, ut with a 43 year old Classic Car, usually keep an open mind and therefore list with 99999 miles, o you can decide when you take possession. It will need to be towed and gone through to make any repairs/adjustments (ex; brake pads, luids, une up, elt, tc) before just throwing her on the road. Just being honest, ut don't see it taking much to get her on the road. The two repaired areas (rear passenger upper wheel well/driver side upper center panel) is not rust repair. It is a very old minor bondorepairwhere it appears that the driver may have cut it to close and scraped something when turning, nd then bondo'd the dent. I pulled some of the old bondo, nd this is what I see. Yes, e can fully restore this great VW Campmobile for you, nd can discuss after the auction. I've never sold anything over seas, o you will be responsible for all coordination/shipping. Hope this helps. Check out my feedback both selling and buying. I've been on ebay for a lot of years and have 100% feedback. Thanks for looking.

Description
Here you go folks, n original 1972 VW Bus Campmobile for sale! We located this bus in NC, hich was owned by an Marine Aviator, ho had plans to restore it and drive it back to CA. However, is military responsibilities kept him from doing this, o reluctantly he let her go! Thanks for your service, illiam!!!This Campmobile has been sitting for quite some time, ut we did get her fired up, nd had her yard driving. Things this bus will need; tune up, il change, rakes checked out (work for yard driving, ut did nothing to them), teering stabilizer installed (we have new one, 0 minute job), hrottle cable installed (we have new one 30 minute job), hifter bushings installed as it shifts sloppy. All lights appear to work but the passenger rear tail light and brake light. We installed a real good German exhaust we had laying around, s well as replaced the windshield as the old one was cracked with a real good used one, replacingthe gasket with a new Cal look seal. The cargo floor was wired brushed and painted white, ew wood installed and a new piece of carpet. The interior for a 43 year old camper is outstanding in my opinion. The rear cargo area still retains its original paint and looks great. We have the rear cargo pad and cover, ust forgot to install it at times of pics. Allcabinetryis there, s well as both cots as seen, ome of thecabinetknobs aremissing, reat looking curtains installed all the way around. The front dome light still works, s well as the door buzzer. Radio isnt working. The dash was painted at some time a tan color, nd can be easilly removed or repainted. All wheels were sanded down and painted white, ll 4 tires are less than a year old with virtually zero miles on them. The spare tire could use replacing, ut does hold air. The Bus still has its original paint, xcept around the passenger rear wheel well area, nd driver side center panel area. Both have had what appears some minor body work done probably back in the 80's from scrapes. Does not appear to be rust repair, ust small dent repair. The battery area will need rust repair, s well as the bottom of both front doors. The front floor area is pretty solid, ith some minor rusting as seen in pics. A tree limb fell on the fiberglass top at one time and cracked it as seen. This is an easy fiberglass repair and paint it white. Top is still operational. Tent canvas is original, ill work for now, ut eventually you will want to replace it. So there you go. This Campmobile is certainly a project, ut with a couple weekends, LC and minimal money, t can be driven and worked on it as you go. We have it priced right with a no reserve auction. Thanks and good luck!On Dec-07-15 at 02:48:11 PST, eller added the following information:
