New propane tank with current fittings; stove and sink are essentially new and everything works. The refrigerator works all three ways. AC works but needs to be recharged. Has all curtains – side curtains are original and clean, ront and rear are replacements from GoWesty.We've also included the matching GoWesty replacement side curtains if you want them all to match, s well as the bug screen for the back hatch. The original tent canopy is in good condition – no rips or holes, indow bug screen is in good shape and zippers work. Exterior is in average condition - some rust spots in the typical locations, s shown in the photos. Interior sliding door is "cosmetically challenged", ut the sliding door latching mechanism has been replaced.
