Description

I'm the second owner of this awesome 1979 Volkswagen Rabbit. It's an early '79 with a November 1978 build date. It has only 52××× original miles! Baby blue (Florida Blue) exterior with only a few blemishes. Bottom corners of the front fenders have rust behind the wheels. At some point before I got it, forklift scraped the driver side and put a gash in the driver door. Comes with a patch panel, ut cost wise I found it would be cheaper to replace the whole door so I found and bought a replacement door that is on the way from south Florida right now (it is the one shown in the last picture, urchased from thesamba.com). The interior is a cool blue color and is in great shape! Zero cracks on the dash!! The Rabbit runs great and we drive it all the time. Tuned up and good to go! We have replaced the distributor cap and rotor, park plugs and wires, ir filter, ront brake rotors, ront brake pads, nd installed a new rear hatch shock. Also cleaned the air meter. It is due for an oil change in 1000 miles, ut I already have the oil filter. Clean Missouri title in hand. It does have the original spare tire and jack, just moved them out for the picture of the trunk area.
