Description

Up for Auction is a partially(about 90%)restored numbers matching "title" in hand 1969 Volkswagen Baja Bug. This vehicle was restored to resemble a period correct Baja. including an original 1969 kit. Paint is 2013 Audi Solar orange and Volkswagen brilliant black for easy color matching. Over $8000. 00 in paint and body. With lots of oem and aftermarket parts. Original period parts include wood shifter knob. Berg Warner gauges. vw pedal pads ect. Aftermarket include parts like mirrors. door handles. seats and carpet its a great mix old and new to create 1 sweet baja. The trans is not new. The engine has recently been refreshed with new bearings. dual port heads and empi carb. and with a few original parts that you may want to change out later. Runs great but needs a battery and new rear tires(fronts are new but maybe flat spotted) as she has been sitting in the garage for years. With that said the vehicle is sold as is with no warranty.
