I purchased this Ghia last September from a guy in Massachusetts it sat in his barn for 10 years. My objective was to get the Ghia in driving condition so I could drive to NJ this spring. The original was shot so I had another 1600 engine totally rebuilt from the bottom up I have receipts for everything that was replaced. I have pictures

The brakes were just totally replaced new front rotors calipers new rear brakes including all the hardware all brake lines and hoses were replaced master cylinder was replaced brake pedal assembly was bead blasted and painted hand brake assembly was bead blasted and painted emergency brake cables were replaced.

Needs the fuel line that runs from front to back I have a replacement fuel tank if they original tank is no good.

I have 2 other 1600 engines that I picked up from a guy both engines are good.

As you can see from the pictures the body has rust in the usual places. The body work done by the previous owner wasn't done correctly but he did use american made still replacement panels. I also have American made replacement panels for most of the areas that need to be fixed. These panels are heavy gauge steel not the Brazilian type.

The top needs to be replaced I believe I know someone who has a complate top including the frame. I can put you in touch with that person.

The interior is really nice considering it sat for so long the radion is AM/FM/SW

The car needs work underneath and I don't have the time or the resources to deal with it. I currently have a 71 Westy (75% done) 67 Barracuda Convertibel (95% done) 66 Mustang Convertibel (30% done) something has to go too many projects..
