it runs good it has been setting 10 years it needs paint it has no bondo it has no floor rot lites work convertible top works the mechanical part of it .it needs the cloth the body is goodno rust and no rot beyond normal I no the guy who brought I to California in the 1970s it is in good shape for restoereing it
